Do you charge for an initial consultation?

Mr. Lemon does not charge for an initial consultation. He meets with potential clients in person to review the facts of the case and determine if it is in their best interest to pursue litigation.

What do I need to bring to the consultation?

Prepare a brief summary of your situation with compiled relevant facts, chronology, and supporting documentation. It is good idea to prepare your goals or expectations for your case. You will also want to include a list of questions or concerns.

What is your hourly rate?

Mr. Lemon works on contingency which means there is no hourly fee to the client. A contingency fee is calculated as a percentage of any recovered funds.

Do you handle lemon law cases?

Despite his name, Mr. Lemon does not handle lemon law cases. If you require the services of a lemon law attorney, please visit the Dallas Bar Association Referral Service website or contact them at (214) 220-7444 and they will refer you to an attorney who specializes in that field.
