Profile of Attorney D. Brent Lemon

Mr. Lemon is an aggressive litigator whose straight forward and honest approach to the practice of law is appreciated by his clients and respected by his colleagues. Mr. Lemon’s clients range from individuals to corporations. Each client receives the same care regardless of wealth, status, race, orientation, or creed. As a plaintiff’s attorney, Mr. Lemon’s practice focuses primarily on construction law, insurance bad faith, consumer law, and medical malpractice.

Mr. Lemon received his undergraduate degree and law degree from Baylor University. He is licensed to practice law in all Texas State courts and is experienced in handling all phases of the litigation process, including mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal.

When he is not litigating, Mr. Lemon enjoys flying, cycling, and spending time at his horse and longhorn ranch. (Click on photos below).
